The Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce is proud to support the communities in the following towns that make up the west side of Middlesex County flanking either side of the 495 corridor. We are home to a mixture of Museums, Historical Sites, Industry and Manufacturing, Technology, Commerce, as well as, the heart of a town the small businesses that keep our community members’ families growing and prospering.

We work tirelessly in our local neighborhoods and see the value of connecting with other like-minded people to help each other grow our businesses, raise the voice of local business in our area, and give back to our shared region when we are successful. We are affectionately known as the Chamber who has your back.
Doing good makes good business sense. We are a Non-Profit organization and any money we make goes into running the chamber, providing programs, and supporting local businesses in our region. Joining a Chamber of Commerce let’s people in the community know that you are active in the business community and that you care about making sure that the economy in your region continues to grow and thrive.
Did you know that there are Chambers of Commerce all over the country? Chambers are well-known as a local resource for businesses and the hospitality and travel industry. We often get calls from people in the community or people in other states looking for referrals or they check out our member directory. Joining a Chamber of Commerce is good for your Brand Awareness and letting people know you are open to serve them.
Memberships are determined based on the number of Full-Time Employee Count. 2 Part-time Employees equals 1 Full-Time Employee.
Memberships are for all of your branches and facilities. If your organization has 100+ employees, we highly recommend getting at least the Ambassador Level Annual Sponsorship which will cover your membership dues and include a few event tickets and additional visibility for your organization.

We do ask that you pay your invoice within 30 days of receiving it so you do not incur any late fees or have your membership canceled for nonpayment.

Yes, absolutely. Once you apply to join our chamber you are prompted to create a Member Information Center account profile. Here are some tips to get the most out of your profile:
Go to Account Settings in the upper right hand of the screen and choose billing. Here you can view all of your transactions and update your payment source.
Yes, you can come as our guest to one networking event no charge to you. If you don’t join at that time, the next event you will pay the non-member rate.
This does not apply to Certificate of Origin Stamps for Non-Members, the investment is $30/per document.
This also does not apply to any of our Signature Events: The Annual Meeting, Gala, Summerfest, The Taste of Middlesex.
