Elected in 2009 to serve a 3-year term on the Board

Phil is a Partner at Summers, Summers & Associates, P.C., located at 179 Great Road, Acton.

Attorney Summers concentrates in the areas of elder law, estate planning, probate litigation, veteran benefits and criminal law.  Phil is an expert litigator and his goal is to achieve a prompt resolution to any disputes, while making the legal process as smooth as possible for each client. He is committed to addressing problems unique to the elderly and their families.

His previous experience includes working in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office prosecuting criminal matters and various positions for Compaq Computer. Phil as been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce.  Attorney Summers is also accredited for the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for veterans' benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. 

Phil earned his B.S. from Babson College, his M.B.A. at Boston University, and his J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law.
